Screaming Circuits

Screaming Circuits Screaming Circuits specializes in fast prototypes and short-run on-demand PCB assembly. As such, prototypes and small volumes get first priority.

ABOUT SCREAMING CIRCUITS:

Screaming Circuits was founded in 2003 as a division of Milwaukee Electronics Companies, a 50 year old contract manufacturer based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Screaming Circuits was created as a dedicated prototype assembler with on-line quoting an ordering. With online quoting and ordering, the assembly labor cost quote is available 24 hours a day, from any location. Provi

ded the numbers used for the quote are accurate and fall within our standard process, the on-line assembly quote is final with no hidden extra charges. Just add in shipping and you know exactly what you will pay. Take a look at our YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/screamingcircuits

When you order through authorized distribution, you get something worth knowing about: traceability.

That's the documented chain of custody from the manufacturer to your bench. Lot codes that match. Date codes that make sense. A clear record of where your parts came from and how they got to you.

Most of the time, it's just background. When your parts arrive, your boards work, you keep moving. But when a part goes on allocation, or a component gets harder to find, or you need to answer a QA question down the road, that documentation is what makes those moments easy instead of stressful.

Our turnkey program keeps your sourcing inside authorized distribution, so the traceability is built in from the start. That way you can focus on the design.

When you go further, we go with you.

The gaming industry is worth hundreds of billions and the hardware needed to support is growing.

Innovation in this space opens design windows for engineers to explore. New windows mean small teams with eight weeks to ship something nobody else has.

That's where we come in. Rapid prototype runs. Quick turns.

Streamlined paths from "what if we tried this" to boards on your bench.

Whatever you're building, we're up for the challenge.

When a board reaches assembly, every earlier decision adds up. Vitaly Michalchuk knows what your design looks like from the assembly floor. He’s spent years watching design decisions play out.

Most engineers don't know which of their decisions created the problem until the board comes back wrong.

Even the best designs run into issues at fabrication. Most engineers never find out what their board house actually needs from them until a job gets flagged.

Matt Stevenson has spent 30 years on the fabrication side of PCB manufacturing. He knows exactly where the handoff breaks down.

Matt lets you know what actually works during the Fabrication segment of our PCB East workshop.

Earth Day is a good moment to say this plainly: our assembly process is RoHS compliant as standard. Lead-free solder, documented throughout the build.

You shouldn't have to compromise your assembler for compliance. So, we stand with it.

For design engineers moving toward EU market entry, or any market where compliance needs to be demonstrated. The record travels with you and it's available when you need it.

Geoffrey Hazelett spent his career working on PCB design and manufacturability.

At our PCB East workshop on May 1, he covers component selection, stack-up planning, layout strategy, and how to apply DFM principles early enough to actually make a difference.

Focus on your design—we’ll handle the sourcing.

Late-stage supply chain surprises can slow your build. We review your BOM against real-time availability, flagging risks like shortages and long lead times early. With a process in place, we streamline sourcing, so you don’t have to.

The person building your prototype and the person running your production line — they know each other.

Screaming Circuits and Milwaukee Electronics are different names, but one team. Which means when your design scales, it's always moving forward.

The factories building millions of units didn't get the call first.

Someone had to prove it worked first.

Every drone, medical device, and industrial sensor in the field today started as a board that had to earn the next step.

That's the prototype.

That's where we step in.

The right order is the one that fits your build. We want to meet your project where it's at. Here are the differences between kitted and turkey jobs:

Kitted: You supply the parts. More BOM control, useful when you're working with specific components or existing stock.

Turnkey: We source the parts. Faster turnaround, fewer handoffs, one less thing on your plate.

It's fair to default to kitted because it feels like more control. But if sourcing is adding days you don't have, it may be costing you more than it's saving.

Board, parts, and assembly. One relationship, no handoff gaps.

Our partnership with ASC Sunstone means you can get a full turnkey build without managing multiple vendors or connecting the gaps between them.

We'll both be at PCB East. Come find us and we'll walk you through how it works in practice.
