Employee Spotlight!!

Meet Packer Thomas Admin Support, Jennifer Peoples! Jennifer joined the firm in November 2025 and says she has felt included since her very first day. When asked who inspires her most, she shares that her sister inspires her because of how hardworking she is while always prioritizing her boys and never giving up, even when things get hard. One quote that helps keep Jennifer motivated is: “Don’t let the hard days win.”

Jennifer says one of her favorite things about working at Packer Thomas is how approachable everyone is and the strong focus on work-life balance. She appreciates working in a positive, client-focused environment that also values employee happiness and makes time for fun. Outside of work, she is also a licensed cosmetologist, enjoys reading, and is very family-focused in her spare time. She lives in Boardman, got married this past January, and loves spending time with her six-year-old son, Jack.
