Life Lately 🙃

Let’s just agree to call my little disappearing act a Sabbatical…okay? 👀

LET’S CATCH UP! The highlight of the last 6 months has been FINALLY moving into our home build after 3 years of planning & 15 months of build time! 🥵👏🏼 I can share about this a little more in stories as we finish things you little nosey Nelly! 😉 Stay Tuned!

The rest of the summer was for purging, prepping, planning. I kept beating myself up for not being as active on here but isn’t that the whole point in being your own boss? So you have the freedom to take a break when necessary? Yeah. So we won’t be doing that any more. My family needed me & we had a great summer together! NO REGRETS! Also, I documented everything so I’ll slowly fill you all in! Don’t worry!

Spooky Season 🤝🏽 Football Season

I have been hard at work with some new digital downloads for my Etsy shop. My two biggest sellers are my Peace Sign Ghosts & my Buck Yes so I decided to combine them! 🤷🏽‍♀️

It’s been so fun & I’m obsessed with how they came out! Keep your eyes peeled for more local options of that first design! 👀 Can you even imagine those little ghosts as stickers? 🤩 Do I need to add some more stickers to the shop? 🤔

5 years of Beckett Designs is so wild to me 🤯

The little girl who lives in my heart, Jessie, wouldn’t be able the fathom the creative muscles I’ve been PAID to flex for the last 5 years. She carried markers around every single day. She doodled endlessly. She just wanted to make the world prettier in whatever way she could. 🎨

Regardless of the size of this business, I succeeded in that goal. Working with other small businesses and sharing our struggles, drawing keepsakes for people, being a small part of your holidays & special moments…. THAT is success to me. That’s why I will continue to truck along in this business when I have no fricken clue what I’m doing. I hope that makes Jessie proud. 🥹
