Yesterday, we had the pleasure of celebrating an incredible career, and today, we say thank you and congratulations as Chuck Colby officially begins his retirement. 🎉🥂

Chuck has been a valued member of our bindery team, serving as a Bindery Specialist and bringing decades of experience to the role. 🛠️ His career in the bindery world began in 1981, and he joined DSG | UW in 2012, later continuing with DSG following the 2019 acquisition. 🗓️ Over the years, Chuck took on a wide range of responsibilities, from cutter and folder to ETS bindery specialist and work on the inkjet line, becoming a true expert in his field. ⚙️

In addition to being an outstanding bindery operator, Chuck played a critical role in our proofing process. 🔍 He carefully assembled and reviewed final proofs, ensuring they met all mailing regulations and helping prevent costly USPS issues. 📮

His attention to detail and commitment to getting things right made a lasting impact on our team and our customers. ✅

Beyond his skill and dedication, Chuck is truly one of the nicest people you will ever meet, someone who brings positivity, kindness, and authenticity into every interaction. 🌟❤️
