Job Opportunity: Experienced Low Voltage Cabling Technician

The Low Voltage Cabling Technician will install, terminate, and maintain structured cabling systems. This role requires technical expertise, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in diverse job site environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Cable Installation: Route, pull, and terminate Cat5e/6, fiber optic, and low-voltage coaxial cables.
• System Integration: Support infrastructure setups for security cameras, access control, and network systems.
• Site Navigation: Work comfortably on ladders and within confined crawl spaces.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to industry standards, blueprints, and local safety codes.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Professional Experience: Proven background in low voltage electrical or structured cabling infrastructure preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, crawl, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently or with a team.
• Safety Culture: Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe, hazard-free work environment.

The Director of the Department of Health for the State of Ohio issued a "Stay at Home" order. Contained within the order are guidelines for continued operations of businesses considered essential by the State. These recommendations are mainly using guidelines established by the Department of Homeland Security.
Finding that our client base includes firms considered essential; Always Better Communications will remain OPEN and will continue to operate under the limited in-house staffing operating procedures established on March 17, 2020. Staff not reporting to the office will be working from home and still providing remote services and support. The moratorium regarding non-emergency on-site client visits is still being enforced.
These directives will remain in effect until the rescinding of the Director of Health's "Stay at Home" order on April 6, 2020 at 11:59 PM.
