Rodney has participated in various industry training and certifications including Extron, Orion Video Walls, Crestron, Crestron DM, Clear One, Polycom and Biamp. Rodney’s responsibilities include: bids and estimates, service dispatch, employee training and development, and project management. Vice President-Field Operations Matt Milner has been involved in the audio visual industry since 2000. He has participated in various industry training certifications including Crestron, Crestron DM, Polycom, Biamp, Clear One, and Extron. Matt is a Certified Technology Specialist. Matt’s job responsibilities include: scheduling daily tasks for installation crews, preparing daily reports, meeting with the General Contractor and the end user, attending project meetings, coordinating with other trades, overseeing rack integration and on site install, system testing and final turn over.

RPM AVS provides a 3-year warranty on installation workmanship. If you discover a defect in how we installed your AV system, we return and fix it at no charge.

This warranty covers our work, including cable terminations, rack builds, equipment mounting, and installation ex*****on. While the systems themselves are covered by separate manufacturer warranties, our coverage guarantees that our part of the job was done right, every time.

The Work Behind the Vision

Being an entrepreneur isn’t the highlight reel people often see.
It’s carrying the weight of decisions that affect dozens of families—not just your own. It’s being the first one in and the last one out, even when no one is watching. It’s answering questions you don’t always have the answers to yet, while projecting confidence your team needs to move forward.
My role isn’t just running a company. It’s building systems, developing leaders, solving problems before they become fires, and stepping in when they already are. It’s knowing when to push, when to listen, and when to get out of the way so others can grow.
Entrepreneurship means taking responsibility—full responsibility. When things go right, the team gets the credit. When things go wrong, the accountability stops with me. There are no off days, no true “clocking out,” and no one else to pass the hard calls to.
But it’s also deeply rewarding.
I get to create opportunities that didn’t exist before. I get to watch people build careers, gain confidence, and provide for their families. I get to take a vision that started as an idea and turn it into something real—something that serves clients, creates value, and stands for something bigger than a paycheck.
This path isn’t easy. It requires sacrifice, resilience, and faith—faith in the people around you, faith in the vision, and faith that the work matters.
