Wall Street gave Shopify a target north of $160, and if you’re impressed by that number you’re looking at the wrong thing.
Developer forums are scrambling because Shopify’s killing legacy features and forcing everybody onto standardized frameworks.

Hot take, most agencies aren’t structurally built for this, it requires backend thinking, not prettier storefronts. And the brands hating these forced migrations right now are probably the ones who benefit most in eighteen months.
Funny how that works.
Brands treating this as infrastructure now own their category by next year.
Everyone else wonders where their traffic went, no warning shot fired.
