***Services Restored***Please power cycle your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in. If you still are unable to connect, contact our support team at (800) 455-5000. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our team worked to restore services as quickly as possible.

***Update 6:04am: The cause of the outage has been identified and customer services are coming back up. Due to the large area impacted, it will take some time before all services are restored, so we ask for your continued patience. I'll be back with another update in two hours.

***Update 4:09am: Thank you for your continued patience while we work to restore all services. Please note that this issue is impacting services at our location as well and is why customers not been able to reach us via phone. The engineering and operations teams have identified the source of the issue impacting our customers and are working as quickly as possible to bring all devices back up.
