For the past 4 days Spectrum customers in the Cape Girardeau region have been experiencing issues with one-way audio on incoming calls. You may have issues with someone calling your office, the incoming caller ID is there, but when you answer you cannot hear the caller. If you are experiencing this issue please contact Spectrum.

Spectrum/Charter Enterprise telephone service is currently experiencing issues with long distance this morning. Incoming and local calling is okay, but you may experience dead air when calling outbound long distance. The caller on the other end can hear you, so watch what you say 😉
