Most people go to events to network by passing out cards and having the same quick conversations everybody else is having.
Over the past few years, I’ve started doing it differently.
I bring a camera and a microphone.
Now I can build the relationship, exchange contact information, AND interview the person right there on the spot.
That interview gives me a reason to have a deeper conversation, pick their brain, learn from them, and create a more memorable interaction than simply handing them a business card.
It’s networking, relationship building, and content creation all at the same time.
Three birds. One stone. 🎥🤝🏾
