We are currently experiencing a local power outage that is affecting some of our equipment and towers in the area. Customers whose homes still have power may experience an interruption if the tower they connect to is without power.

Our service will automatically come back online once power is restored to the affected equipment. No action is needed on your end.

The fastest and most effective way to receive assistance is by calling or texting our support team. Posting on Facebook may help others see they are not alone, but it does not notify our on-call technicians or speed up troubleshooting. We always have a technician available and happy to help, and direct communication allows us to resolve issues much faster.
