We are looking for an experienced Computer and Cellphone Technician to install, maintain and repair computers and cellphones. As a computer technician you must be well-versed in computer systems and network functions. Technicians must run a few tests and carefully assess the device's functionality before opening it up. Components such as antenna, battery, LCD screens, keypads, buttons, camera, etc., may require replacing. This technician must have previous experience in repairing a variety of consumer electronics devices, including but not limited to: iPhones, Samsung Galaxy's, LG, Motorola, OnePlus and other cell phone brands. As well as headphones (beats/Logitech) and gaming consoles. Such work requires dexterity and maintaining a clean, static-free work environment. Technician is required to possess good communication and sales skills. Responsibilities
Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers
Saturday a must
Identifying cell phone problems, fixing issues, running tests, assessing functionality, and replacing parts
Must communicate complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical manner
Candidate MUST be punctual, responsible and an amazing salesperson
Must be able to fix all Apple and Samsung phones and tablets including screens, charging ports and batteries
Must be amazing at selling wireless accessories such as screen protectors, cases and chargers

Technical abilities
Eye-hand coordination and good vision
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Very good communication abilities
Exceptional organizing and time-management skills
Exceptional Customer Service
Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs, and game consoles
Experience with micro soldering is a plus
Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish!
