What is brand consistency? 🤔

When you create a brand you should dig deep into what your brand should stand for (core values), how you talk about your brand (brand voice / messaging) and what the brand should look like (brand visual identity). Brand consistency is the practice of aligning these three aspects of your brand and always presenting them in a consistent, cohesive manner so that your brand stands out and is easily recognizable as "YOU" by your clients and target audience.

How can you maintain brand consistency? 🤨

If you worked with a brand expert and designer, they should have provided you with a brand standards guide that outlined all of the colors, fonts, messaging and "rules" on how to use them. If you don't have a brand standards document or a brand profile, there's a simple way to bring all these pieces together so you can keep everything consistent. First, write down your brand core values, this is what you stand for and why you run your business. Then work out some messaging that conveys those values and the work that into the natural language you use to talk about your what you offer. Next, compile a detailed list of colors, fonts and designs that best represent your brand and what it stands for. Write everything down in one comprehensive document and create a set of standard operation procedures, or "rules," for you and your marketing team to follow so that every graphic, image and marketing effort made keeps your brand consistent. Theres lots of tools (including Canva) That can help you keep your brand consistent and looking sharp!

Brand consistency is key to creating a successful, long-lasting business. By creating consistency in your brand you eliminate confusion and become instantly recognizable as an expert in your niche. It's a powerful tool that can take your business to the next level.

Can you believe this logo concept was rejected?! It was originally designed as a logo option for a yoga studio but the client didn’t feel that it best represented her style, so we went another direction. Don’t worry though, this logo design found new life in this concept design for a skin care brand. What do y’all think?!

You wear a lot of hats as an entrepreneur which means your time is divided and you end up doing a lot of things you'd rather not do (and frankly, aren't good at!).

I decided long ago that I shouldn't do my own bookkeeping and accounting because I SUCK at it and it drains me of all joy. You want a creative agency that can flex its creative muscles and give you a CUSTOM solution to your problem, because each and every business is unique and has different goals.

3. WHO are they? What is their passion & mission?

Get to know their team and what they are like as humans. Are they fun-loving? or down to business? What drives them each day to get out of bed and create? Talk to them on a bit more personal level and make sure you connect with them. When you seek out a creative agency, it should be for the long-haul (your business will always need a support system!), so make sure you like the people you will be working with!

BRAND LAUNCH!!! A few weeks ago we officially launched website and branding for . We worked with an existing logo design and developed a comprehensive branding package and stunning website design for these luxury apartments in Lynn, Massachusetts. This project was a ton of fun because it targeting a younger audience who appreciates an edgier, modern look. We just love the results!
