Over the last 4 years, Fiona has been a key part of both our billing and purchasing operations. She’s worked through more than a few changes to our vendors, platforms, and processes, and has continued to adapt right alongside them.

Celebrating 4 years of Julie at TenisiTech!

One of Julie’s teammates recently described her as the “Swiss Army knife of TenisiTech,” and it’s hard to think of a better description.

Over the past four years, Julie has taken on just about every kind of challenge. From negotiating and managing vendors, to untangling complex issues, to leading critical client communications, she has a knack for asking the right questions, bringing the right people together, and keeping things moving.

But one of the best examples of the impact Julie has made came recently during a kickoff with a new customer.

When Julie was introduced as their Account Manager, we learned that her name had already come up during the customer’s reference checks. Another client had given them one very specific piece of advice:

“You need to put it in your contract that Julie has to be your Account Manager.”

It’s hard to ask for a better endorsement than that.

Julie has built that reputation by being communicative, transparent, curious, and genuinely invested in the people and organizations she works with. She brings that same approach to her teammates, always making time to collaborate, help work through a problem, or lend another perspective.
