After what started off as a small FFA project, that turned into a a state winning project, 11 years in business, thousands of pounds of honey produced, and hundreds of thousands of bees in our backyard, we have decided to liquidate Claire Bear Honey. We have enjoyed our time learning ourselves and teaching others about the importance of honeybees in our community. However, due to complaints from one individual, we’ve decided to have another beekeeper, acquire our hives. We cannot begin to thank all of you who have supported us over the years. From the beekeepers who mentored us, to the individuals who used Claire Bear Honey, THANK YOU for always being there. We cannot express to you enough our gratitude. Please continue to support your local beekeeper!

Update: it was a sad day for the business. We discovered today, we lost 3 out of our four hives. No, it’s not due to the corona virus but due to the weather fluctuating a lot. That being said we will not have the normal amount of honey we normally have. Not to worry, we will still have some but it will not be our typical supply. We are looking at this situation as a rebuilding year and have hives on the way!!🐝
