Tier II Hands-on Training also available. We cover all aspects of the Siemens EWSD, DMS and 5ESS switches, from periodic maintenance to telephone switch growth, and will perform switch removal in certain lo
cations. Routine, periodic or daily maintenance is offered and encouraged. Legacy telephone equipment is solidly made and reliable, and it is also aging. The parts are no longer being manufactured. Bell Tier III has been harvesting and rejuvenating parts for these switches, because soon the parts will not be available anywhere. Maintenance is crucial to keep these switches running, as the alternative – replacement with all new equipment – is cost prohibitive.
