Majestic Sky Link is located in Caro, Michigan, the heart of the Thumb Area. We are only a short drive away and able to give you service whenever you may need it. You will have the security of buying from a local Michigan Retailer. Customer Service
The Majestic Sky Link Team will work with you before and after you get your service. Once you become a Majestic Sky Link customer, we work for you. Before-We will ask you several questions as to how you will use your Internet, TV, Cellular or Smart Home services. We will check to see what services are available at your home address, then we will recommend one or two of them that will work best for how you want to use the service. Once you choose the service you want, we will get you scheduled for installation. Installation-We service and install all of our Satellite and Smart Home products. Our trained technician will arrive during the appointment window. He/She will review equipment placement with you prior to installation. Once your equipment is installed, the technician will give you a short training on equipment operation. After-Feel free to call us for any questions or problems that you might run into with your service. We will gladly walk you through any steps needed to get the service working to your expectations. If we are not able to assist you, we will point you in the right direction of who can. We also have experienced technicians for service calls if needed.
