The Phone Box has immediate openings for Sales Associates. This position will require outstanding customer service, selling, and up-selling products, and provide customer support.

Responsibilities – Sales & Customer Service:

Greet customers in a timely and positive manner – create a positive sales experience for the customer.
Identify the customer’s needs and provides information related to The Phone Box products and services.
Completes all aspect of the sale including the creation of account records to establish service, accepting customer payments and any other transactions.
Is a “knowledgeable expert” for customer troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Maintains records of existing and potential customers.
Performs sales tracking, customer account updates, and related reporting.
Sell and up-sell products
Make cash deposits with a bank teller
Qualifications Include:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Dedication to the position
1-year retail sales or customer service experience; wireless/telecom experience preferred.
Ability to work days, weekends and holidays.

Schedule: Hours 10:00 am - 9:00pm

Our ideal candidate would be available and able to work any shift that falls within hours of operation for this location. We are looking for a full-time employee someone with a willingness to continuously learn new products and a passion for helping customers.

Salary: $8 to $12.00 /hour (Based on experience)
