What looked like a software issue turned out to be something entirely different.

A church contacted us about a lighting system where some fixtures wouldn't turn on, some stayed on constantly, and others blinked randomly. With nearly 30 Elation Fuze Pendant Compact fixtures connected through a DMX network, tracking down the problem wasn't straightforward.

After a thorough investigation, our team uncovered the real culprit: faulty cabling, damaged connectors, communication issues, and even a short circuit hidden within the system.

Because the fixtures were connected in series, one bad fixture could impact multiple lights downstream. We inspected every fixture, repaired issues on-site, and brought several units back to our facility for deeper repairs.

The result? A fully restored lighting system and a client who finally had answers.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't fixing the problem, it's finding the real one.

A client came to us with a scratched GOB LED module and thought replacement was the only option.

GOB repairs are tricky because of the protective resin coating. To restore the module properly, we had to experiment with different combinations of resin, sanding techniques, white and black pigments, polishing compounds, and other materials to find the perfect match.

What followed was nearly a month of testing, trial and error, and refinement.
In the end, we developed a process that completely removed the scratch and restored the module to a like-new appearance.
