What looked like a simple movement issue turned into a tricky diagnostic challenge.

One of our technicians recently repaired some Intimidator Spot 260 fixtures that were experiencing pan and tilt issues and couldn’t properly find their zero point.

After spending nearly 3 hours diagnosing the problem, the issue was traced back to damaged wiring and PCB-related faults. The challenge was that the wire resistance would jump from nearly 0 to 50–100 ohms whenever the cable was stretched, making the fault difficult to pinpoint.

The damaged wires were replaced, control and sensor issues were repaired, and both fixtures were fully restored in less than 4 hours total.

When all the fountain lights at Sulphur Springs Park stopped working, the City of Sulphur Springs brought in AZAR PIXEL LLC Pixel to diagnose the issue and restore the system.

The project involved replacing 14 rectangular lights and 6 fountain lights with brand-new fixtures, along with repairing and stabilizing the ground system surrounding the installation.

As work began, we discovered that the original electrical wiring setup had several underlying issues affecting both performance and reliability. What initially appeared to be a straightforward lighting repair quickly became a more complex electrical restoration project.

Thanks to our in-house engineering expertise, we were able to reorganize and improve the wiring infrastructure, creating a cleaner, safer, and more efficient system designed for long-term reliability.

From diagnostics to final installation, the entire project was completed in just 2 days, bringing the fountain back to full operation for the City of Sulphur Springs and the local community to enjoy once again.

This outdoor LED wall at a luxury apartment in Las Vegas had been down for too long.

The wall was running on an older Linsn system with no-name hardware, poor quality components, and custom replacements. Most companies wouldn’t touch it.

Once we got the call, Hashmatullah , our Vegas Branch Manager, immediately assembled the team. They went on-site, identified the root of the failures, and brought the wall back online.

Not every LED wall needs to be replaced. Sometimes it just needs the right team behind it.
