Nothing beats working on a classic, especially for someone who served! 🛠️🇺🇸
It was an absolute privilege to be a part of this 1984 Jeep CJ7 build. The owner is an Air Force veteran who was stationed at the 51st Security Forces Squadron (51 SFS), which made this project even more meaningful. This rig is living proof that you don't need the most high-end, expensive gear to create something priceless. It’s all about the purpose, the passion, and getting it done right.
We gave this Jeep a complete, stealth audio overhaul that's ready for the open road:
In the Dash: Hertz Uno Series X-130 speakers for crisp, clean highs. In the Back: Kenwood TS-F6935R speakers housed in rear speaker boxes.
The Bass: Two 10" Kenwood KFC-W110S subwoofers.
The Juice: Three amps completely hidden and tucked away under the backseat (two Kenwoods driving the front/rear clarity, and a Recoil DI600.1 pounding the subs).
The Command Center: A JVC headunit safely secured inside a rugged Tuffy center console.
The Extra Kick: Tucked a loud Motohorn right up under the bumper.
Turn it up and enjoy the ride—thank you for your service! 🫡🎧🚙
