Effective May 15th, our hourly labor pricing will change. Currently, we charge $25 per hour with a minimum of one hour. To be able to remain in business and to keep offering you the best service for little cost, this will have to increase.

New pricing will be $35 per hour with a one hour minimum for remote assistance. If travel is required, due to the size of our area and travel time involved, there will be a two hour minimum. One thing that will remain the same is that after-hours/weekend emergencies will be double the normal hourly rate.

Even with this increase, we can still offer all of my clients the quickest, highest-quality, and lowest cost IT support in our area by a large margin. We do special billing arrangements based on need to our clients.

Please note, these changes only apply if you're a customer who is being billed hourly. Customers with an existent month to month billing contract will not be affected by these changes. You will be contacted directly if changes to your month to month contract are necessary.

When your computer patches this security flaw, it will slow it down by as much as 30 percent! If this affects you, message us for a clean-up or an upgrade.

Microsoft says that an older version of Windows or older Intel silicon will experience a noticeable performance hit when applying a Spectre patch. Intel is less detailed in its performance information.

This iPhone came to us with a broken screen, home button smashed out, and all the screws missing from a previous technician who failed to fix the device. As you can see it was in rough shape. We were able to replace all parts that were broken or missing and restore this device to new for $60!
