Update—-everything is restored. If you’re not working, power cycle your equipment. We’re here until 6 if you need assistance.

we have made a temporary fix to get MOST of our customers back up. There will be about 5% the temporary fix will not help. We will work on this until it’s completely repaired. You’re welcome to come to the store to use Internet if you want to. We realize that’s not like having it at home but we are working diligently to restore service to everyone.

Our main line has been cut. We have splicers on site to fix it. This is, of course, our largest count fiber so this repair could take a little time. We will work as quickly as we can.

The 11th has fallen on a Saturday. We’ve had several reach out to process payments and we’re happy to do that for you. Please make sure when you message us that you give us the name the account is in as we are working remotely and don’t have all the tools we would if we were at the office.

If you leave a message simply saying “fix my Internet” and you don’t leave us a name, a number or email address, we can’t help.
