Dover Training Solutions is a division of Dover Telecommunication Services (DTS), a Utah Corporation. Beginning in 1996, DTS has delivered live and online technical and safety training for wireless carriers, equipment vendors, contractors, utility companies, and government agencies. Dover Training Solutions is an online training company established in 2020 purposed for delivery of technical, safet

y, and general interest subjects. Our delivery method is digital media, e-learning, webinars, and blended learning solutions. Our learning manager (LMS) will record, track, and test courses completed. This provides training records and reports for individual and company training programs. We offer training using a variety of subjects including, Radio and Antenna Fundamentals, PIM and Line Sweep testing, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Microwave Radio, Fiber to the Antenna, Radio Interference Hunting and many more. Online training, webinars, and live streams are designed to meet specific training requirements. We work with utility companies and government agencies to enhance internal apprenticeship training and testing. We are Certification Administrators for the Electronics Technicians Association (ETA) and give certification exams for several subjects. Hello Friends: It has been a long while since we posted. I am trying to dispose of some old equipment, used for microwave and T1 training; please see the photos! The MDR8000 radio pair (matched pair in 4-foot racks and work), was built from parts, and cannot be licensed. They will make a great test rack for a school or nonprofit. If you are or know of an education or training organization, they are free - just find a way to get them (presently in Phoenix, AZ). I will send a separate post on Channel Banks. For non-education, they can be purchased for little money. There is an assortment of spare cards also available. Dover Telecommunication Services is excited to announce a new training portal, designed as an online training resource for telecom, wireless, safety, and any other important industry subject. We have selected "Dover Training Solutions" as a new name and believe this accurately illustrates, our goals for online and media-based services. Hi . . . It has been a while since we have posted new material.
We are excited to once again be part of the Electronic Technician Association, Education Forum as part of IWCE 2019, in Las Vegas. I will be teaching Microwave with new material geared towards Backhaul, millimeter wave frequency use and how MIMO antennas are working in the future of high-speed data. Jay Thompson will conduct the LAS (Antenna sweep) class, and on Thursday, March 7th; I will conduct a Passive Intermodulation (PIM), class.

Fall is a beautiful time and time for change. New pictures for our site and great new changes coming in 2019. Thanks to all friends and clients for a sucessful year and, please stay tuned as we move into a few new areas. More than 23 years as DTS and met great folks along the way.

Speaking of which, Deleware and Rhode Island, are the ONLY states I have not had the pleasure teaching within their borders. If you need great technical, Wireless, DAS or radio testing training . . . we are your folks - anywhere.
