Yes, there is a Nextiva outage currently. Yes, they are aware. Yes, your calls will still follow their phone tree. If you have the app, that may provide you the ability to answer and make outbound calls.

Is your business prepared for the unexpected? ANY loss of internet access can cause disruption to day to day operations. I happened to call one of our clients today who is on a VOIP phone system.
