This Advanced Systems & Designs - ASDQMS SmartCable™ USB Keyboard single-gage interface connects the Olympus 38DL Plus Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge to a computer sending data directly to your spreadsheet or SPC data collection program. The Olympus 38DL Plus Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge will be recognized as a keyboard device that can send keystroke data output. No software wedge is required.

Data collection errors are eliminated because this ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard will automatically make the Olympus 38DL readings appear as if they were typed in using a standard keyboard. To enter data into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet or any SPC data collection program, simply choose the cell where you want the data to appear and trigger a reading.

Readings can be sent by pressing the button on the SmartCable™ Keyboard, depressing a connected footswitch, or pressing the SAVE / SEND button on the Olympus 38DL Thickness Gage.

Our ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard interface connects the Ametek Chatillon DFGS, DFO E II, DFS or DFIS 500 Digital Force Gauge to a computer. This SmartCable™ Keyboard interface is connected to the Chatillon Digital Force Gauge using a high quality 12-pin connector. There is no need for additional cables.

Your Chatillon Digital Force Gauge is connected to a computer using the Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard with its integrated keyboard wedge. This allows the Chatillon Digital Force Gauge to be identified as a keyboard device that can send keystroke data to any data collection software application.

The Ametek Chatillon DFE | DFS | DFIS Digital Force Gauge readings appear as if they were typed in using a standard keyboard eliminating data collection errors. Our Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS SmartCable™ USB Keyboard interface links the Chicago Dial Indicator (CDI) Logic IQ, Logic ALG Illuminate, Logic Plus, Logic Basic, and NEW Logic Illuminate to a computer. It can also be used with the Starrett 2700 Series and Wisdom digital indicators. The SmartCable™ will connect directly to the gage and no additional cables are required.

This gage can obtain power directly from the ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard or use separate power (batteries) of its own.

The SmartCable™ USB gage interface will be recognized as a keyboard device that can deliver data to any spreadsheet application or SPC program. With its integrated keyboard wedge, the readings will appear to have been entered using a conventional keyboard, omitting any data collection errors.

The Advanced Systems and Designs - ASDQMS FlashCable® gage interface is engineered to change the output on the Precisa LX or LS Precision Electronic Balance to an output in a Digimatic format.
The FlashCable® is designed to work with our GageMux® gage interface or other similar devices that recognize the Mitutoyo Digimatic signal. When the FlashCable® is connected to the GageMux®, the LED on the FlashCable® turns GREEN. This indicates that the FlashCable® is connected properly. The LED turns RED when the data is being sent or a data request is triggered.
The data transfer can be triggered using the Print button on the Precisa LX / LS Series Precision Electronic Balance or using an optional footswitch on the FlashCable® or GageMux® USB or sending a gage read command from the computer to the gage.

This SmartCable™ Keyboard enables you to send the data directly to your spreadsheet program or SPC data collection software. There is no additional software wedge required.

The output of the ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard is a standard USB 2.0 keyboard signal. Connecting the ASDQMS SmartCable™ Keyboard with its built-in keyboard wedge to a computer allows the Ohaus Scout Pro Electronic Balance to be identified as a keyboard device. Data can then be sent to any Microsoft Windows application or data collection program.

The SmartCable Keyboard will make the Ohaus Electronic Balance readings appear as if they were typed in using a standard computer keyboard which eliminates data collection errors.
