CTG is a regulated telephone company providing residential and commercial telephone services to the rural communities of Altona, Champlain, Mooers, Mooers Forks, and Rouses Point New York since 1903. Over the past 118 years, CTG has consistently been visible as a cornerstone of the communities we serve. Champlain Telephone Company became the first small, independent telephone company in New York with a 100 percent fiber optic "backbone" in 1991. Throughout our history, we have been a leader in bringing technical advances in communications to the rural areas we serve.

CTG Customer Appreciation Week continues tomorrow, Tuesday, Aug 4th from 11 am-2 pm with field day style events. Bring the kids and enjoy some lawn games, face painting, and see our bucket trucks operate up close! Our theme this year is America 250 and we will have a flag ceremony at Noon to celebrate our veterans. We are raising money for North Country Honor Flight this week with a bottle drive. Bring in a minimum of 25 returnable bottles or cans and receive a $5 bill credit. There's a chance to win commemorative t-shirts, a home theater system, and a Ninja air fryer. Please join us!

One week from today! CTG's Customer Appreciation Week will begin and we would love to see you at our main office. We have a great first day lined up on Monday, August 3rd and it is all happening right outside our front door.

Farmers Market in Our Parking Lot
Local vendors will be set up and ready to go with maple syrup, jams, baked goods, birdhouses, crafts, and more. Come browse, shop local, and enjoy a summer morning with your neighbors.

🎉 Customer Appreciation Week is coming and we can't wait to celebrate with YOU!

In honor of our customers and 123 years of serving the Northern Tier, Champlain Technology Group is hosting Customer Appreciation Week from Monday, August 3rd through Friday, August 7th!

Stop by our office at 11118 State Route 9 anytime between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM throughout the week to enjoy special events, great promotions, and some fun for the whole community.

Here's a peek at what's in store:

🌽 Monday, August 3rd — Kick things off with a Farmers Market on our grounds plus $5 lunches with Tammy's Lunch Box!
🦎 Throughout the week — Bucket truck display, field day games, community group info tables, a reptile display, and more surprises!

🍺 Give back while you're here! We're collecting returnable bottles and cans all week to raise money for the North Country Honor Flight. Bring in 25 or more and we'll give you a $5 bill credit as our thank you and every cent from redemptions goes to honor our veterans! 🇺🇸
