This National Intern Day, we're proud to recognize the incredible work our interns have accomplished across Isola.

Throughout the summer, our interns have taken on projects that address real operational challenges, from reducing manufacturing scrap and improving equipment reliability to streamlining processes, automating workflows, strengthening documentation, and using data to drive smarter decisions.

Working alongside experienced engineers, operators, and business leaders, they've developed solutions that support our manufacturing operations while gaining hands-on experience in advanced materials manufacturing.

At Isola, internships are more than a learning opportunity, they're a chance to contribute meaningful work that creates lasting value.

We're always excited to connect with students and emerging talent at Isola!

Recently, we welcomed students from BYU-Idaho to our Chandler, Arizona facility as part of their Electronics Manufacturing coursework. As they explore the many aspects of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing, including the critical role of materials, they had the opportunity to experience our manufacturing processes firsthand and see how classroom concepts are applied in a real-world environment.

One of the most rewarding moments was hearing that the tour helped students solidify what they've been learning in class and gain a deeper understanding of PCB materials and manufacturing.

A special thank you to Drew, Director of OEM Marketing; Luc, Sr. Manufacturing Engineer; and Caden, Manufacturing Engineer, for coordinating the visit and leading the facility tour. Your expertise and willingness to share your knowledge helped make this a meaningful experience for our guests.

At Isola, we believe investing in students and future industry leaders helps strengthen the future of electronics manufacturing. Thank you to the BYU-Idaho students and faculty for visiting, we enjoyed having you and wish you continued success in your studies!

Happy Independence Day from Isola!

This year's Independence Day is especially meaningful as the United States celebrates 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence, a milestone honoring our nation's history, resilience, and spirit of innovation.

To celebrate, our U.S. teams came together for a week of appreciation, community, and safety. At our Chandler site, our Innovators enjoyed BBQ food as part of our Independence Day and safety celebration. In Ridgeway, the team celebrated with a safety celebration, friendly basketball games, and a local food truck.

A special highlight at both locations was the distribution of our new safety t-shirts, featuring the winning design created by one of our own Innovators through our employee Safety T-Shirt Design Contest. It's a great reminder that some of our best ideas come from the people who make Isola stronger every day!

As we commemorate America's 250th anniversary, we're proud to celebrate our dedicated Innovators whose commitment to safety, teamwork, and innovation continues to move Isola forward.
