ce. The Home Pricing Wizard allows agents to create a CMA in about 10% of the time as it would take to create one using the current MLS system which is available to every agent that subscribes. The Home Pricing Wizard is a subscription based product that utilizes a data feed directly from MLS to compare values based upon a multi-tier pricing model which includes a square footage approach, tax assessed value and list price to sales price ratios. The sophisticated algorithm has simplified the process in determining a price for a property by utilizing these different approaches. With a more accurate price for a listing, data to support that price will result in more agents successfully listing properties and getting them sold in a timely manner.
