It’s been a great few days at APCO 2026!

We’ve enjoyed reconnecting with colleagues, partners, and friends from across the critical communications industry, while also getting a firsthand look at some of the latest technologies and solutions shaping our industry.

During the conference, Morcom’s founder and CTO, Manuel Ojeda, had the opportunity to meet with Dean Hart, President of our sister company TUSA, as well as the with the ASELSAN team, which is exploring opportunities to work with Morcom in several markets. He also spent time with several of our valued suppliers and technology partners in antennas, voice recording systems, LTE, and other communications technologies.

One of the best things about events like APCO is that it’s not just about technology—it’s also about people. Reconnecting with longtime friends and colleagues, strengthening existing partnerships, and making new connections are all part of what makes these events so valuable.

What makes APCO and this event especially meaningful is the shared commitment to advancing technologies that give first responders better tools to do their jobs—helping them respond faster, communicate more effectively, save lives, and keep our communities safer. Morcom International is proud to contribute to that mission by bringing innovative communications technologies and solutions to the first responder community..

Last week was a great one for the Morcom team! We hosted a coordination meeting at our Asburn office with the operations and sales executives from our parent company ACG Systems and were joined virtually by our colleagues at TUSA.

It was a productive and energizing day. Each team shared insights about their key markets, and together we identified several areas where collaboration will make us stronger and more competitive across the ACG group.

The atmosphere throughout the day was exactly what teamwork should feel like — professional, supportive, and full of camaraderie and genuine friendship. We’re excited about the opportunities ahead and proud of what we’re building together.

With the arrival of Spring and a stretch of beautiful weather in the Washington, D.C. area, the Morcom International executive team took the opportunity to gather outside our headquarters for updated team photos. Featured are our CEO Mr. Cyrus Namazi, Mr. Manuel Ojeda (founder and CTO), and members of our leadership group.

As we move further into 2026, Morcom is pleased to share that the year has begun with strong operational momentum. Multiple projects across the United States (CONUS) are progressing successfully, and we are developing promising new opportunities both domestically and internationally.

We are also proud to report that Q1 of 2026 closed with record revenue, reflecting the strength of our strategy and our continued commitment to delivering world‑class wireless communications solutions — including monitoring systems, broadband wireless systems, public safety communications, aeronautical systems, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and RF spectrum monitoring.

These achievements are made possible by the dedication and expertise of the entire Morcom team. As we welcome the Spring season, we extend our appreciation to every member of our organization for their hard work and commitment to excellence.

Morcom International, Inc. has proudly installed an advanced automatic weather station at the NOAA Satellite Operations Facility (NSOF) in Suitland, Maryland!

The NSOF is NOAA's round-the-clock command center for environmental satellites—handling over 10 terabytes of data every day from more than 18 satellites. It manages satellite operations, launches, data processing, and plays a key role in accurate weather forecasting, climate monitoring, and protecting our environment.
Our installed system is the DB-Met Station from DualBase -a reliable, WMO- compliant weather station that's robust yet lightweight and easy to set up. In its base configuration, it continuously measures and records essential parameters:

• Air temperature and relative humidity
• Wind speed and direction
• Atmospheric pressure
• Global solar radiation

(And it can be expanded with additional sensors as needs evolve!)
Key features that make it stand out:

• High-precision transducers for accurate data
• IP66 protection for all exposed parts
• Low maintenance design
• Durable anodized aluminum supports built for tough weather
• Secure, sealed stainless connectors

This station provides critical real-time weather info right where it's needed most - helping the talented team at NSOF do their vital work in keeping us all safer and more informed.
