A dear friend of mine is struggling through her second bout with cancer. The side effects of the chemo prevent her from working and we have started a GoFundMe to help support her basic needs such as rent, food, and medication not covered by Medicaid, auto repairs and transportation to and from treatments.

Just a quick update. I am really enjoying my time at Carolina Foods!

We continue to push the new Pineville plant towards completion as we slowly decommission the Southend plant that was our home for 90 years.

See our CEO, Dan Myers below at our 90th Birthday Bash as we commissioned the first line last year. We now have 3 lines running two shifts, and will eventually have seven lines!

vCIO Update!
I am currently in a full time engagement with Carolina Foods, Inc. I am guiding the IT and OT build out of this fascinating 1/2 million sf bakery. This is just a state of the art digitally controlled version of W***y Wonka's Chocolate Factory meets Star Trek... We make over 250,000 Honeybuns and 2,000,000 donuts every 24 hours. And we're only 30% built out.
