Data disruption is inconvenient.

For underwriters, brokers, risk teams, and carrier selection professionals, it can mean slower decisions, reduced visibility, and more uncertainty where you need confidence.

That is when your data provider shows you what it is really made of.

When industry data changed, some providers struggled to maintain visibility.

CAB moved fast to strengthen processes, support customers, and help protect access to the intelligence they rely on.

Because data gaps create risk.

And risk does not politely wait for the system to catch up.

The June EquipmentWatch Market Report is out, and the data shows a market that's adjusting.

⚫ Construction values continued to soften, with Fair Market Value down year-over-year and Forced Liquidation Value declining at nearly twice that rate. The gap between the two is worth watching.
⚫ Lift/Access FMV is holding relatively steady, but FLV erosion is picking up, a signal that caution is building at the auction level.
⚫ Agriculture is the outlier: both FMV and FLV are up year-over-year, supported by aging, lower-hours fleets that continue to hold buyer interest.

Three segments. Three different stories. One consistent takeaway: decisions made on instinct right now are competing against data that tells a more nuanced picture.
