Eric spent five years building websites for Food Lion before he opened Skinny Wheels.

So when his bike shop needed a website, he knew exactly what to do. He could have built it himself.

I just analyzed a waste management company in Southport, NC.

They were frustrated - competitors were getting more business and they couldn't figure out why.

Turns out they were optimizing for "Southport" when their customers were searching for "Wilmington."

The gap? 480 searches/month vs 20.

If you're in a smaller town near a bigger city (Huntersville/Charlotte, Mooresville/Charlotte, etc.), you might be missing 95% of your potential searches.

I get asked fairly often about whether small businesses need apps.
The short answer? Probably not.
