We partner with over 150 colleges and universities across North America to connect students, faculty, and staff with housing, roommates, and educational resources. Since 2000, we have been helping the nation's leading colleges and universities improve service to students, collect better information about the off-campus housing process and costs, and operate self-funding off-campus housing services. Our university partnerships currently serve more than 1.5 million off-campus students and growing.

Meet Blake Gieseking, one of our University Account Managers on the OCP team! 🤩

Blake began his career in Housing & Residence Life, where he developed a passion for supporting students during such an important stage of their lives. That experience ultimately led him to off-campus student housing and OCP, where he now supports nearly 500,000 students across 36 colleges and universities.

When asked what he loves most about OCP, Blake shared: “My answer has stayed the same for my nearly 5 years at OCP: the people. I’ve gotten to work with some incredibly thoughtful people who care about doing right by our university partners and students, but who also take the time to know each other beyond work.”
