🎉 We are excited to announce the integration of the MATISSE pocket binding similarity algorithm (by SoftMining) into Biovista Vizit! 🎉

MATISSE uses short (MD) simulations to uncover the flexible nature of active sites, enabling advanced structured-based analyses.

Biovista Vizit now offers integrative workflows that enable more sophisticated hashtag scenarios, e.g:

-Start from a target of interest
-Explore related PDB structures
-Expand across structurally similar binding pockets—even across unrelated proteins
-Discover and repurpose compounds linked to those structures
-Visualize them in 3D via integrated Mol Viewer links

This is Vizit’s fourth corpus integration, following , , and hashtag , and a significant step towards deeper, structure-based drug discovery and drug repurposing workflows.

This technology preview is the result of the ongoing collaboration between Biovista and SoftMining, and is co-funded by the EU Project NewRoad.

Biovista is a proud contributor to the newly-published paper:

"Building an Adverse Outcome Pathway Network for ."

This international collaborative effort aimed to organize COVID-19 pathogenesis hashtag into a comprehensive (AOP) network, highlighting the central role of and the need for tissue/organ specificity, , and adherence to principles.

This study also provided specific recommendations for future research in -related building.
