Are your self-storage facilities ready for summer? More importantly, will your potential customers know just how ready you are?

I've heard tons of buzz about improvements, new gates, painted doors, new roofs, fresh asphalt, new buildings... All of these add value to your property and are great ways to justify ECRIs or to bring in new tenants. But are you showing off what you've done?

As summer officially hits this weekend, Lighthouse Storage Solutions is off and running all over the country. If you are in any of these areas, let me know ASAP so we can add in your properties to existing trips.

We fly drones and make pretty videos, but we also do property audits in the arctic regions of Michigan. (And apparently, we also work in all weather conditions.) 😉

February was a crazy busy month for drone work. CA, FL, and TX were just a few states on the list. One of my favorite scenes was the contrast between the snow capped mountains and the palm trees at a few spots in CA. Of course, the sunset in Phoenix was beautiful too.

March is shaping up to be just as busy, with facility audits in MI, IL, FL, plus drone work in MS, LA, VA, and NC. But if you know our team, we like to keep the roads hot.

If you need photos or videos, chances are pretty decent I'll be in your area sometime soon.

She now co-owns Lighthouse Storage Solutions with her husband, Josh, where she consults with owners nationwide. Well, another year has come to an end. 2025 has been exciting, and a bit exhausting. The crazy amount of travel this past quarter derailed our newsletter for a minute, but this final issue of the year wraps up all the fun details. From coast to coast drone travels, a Power Couple magazine article, and stepping down from state management, we've had more than a few things going on as this year has been winding down.
