VoIP phones are awesome. Lots of of features, buttons, blinkly lights.. but slamming a heavy handset on a base built like a tank making the bell ring like the bell on a carny game is missing. We need to work on that.

Update TLS. Encrypted at least as far as we can control... from our customers systems and upstreams until it hits something that can't do it. Like a plain analog phone line and phone. and that human's earpiece. That -HAS- to be analog. for now at least.
