A client walked in last week clutching a crumpled screenshot.
"Can you print this?" he asked, sliding it across my desk.
I looked down at what can only be described as a pixelated disaster. Blurry text. Watermarked stock photo. Colors that would make a rainbow cry.
"Where did this come from?"
