Have you ever been trying to sleep, and your brain wouldn't just shut down? That's why we created FFR Sleep.
Once you've downloaded it (on android phones you have to install on both the WearOS Watch and phone, for Apple, just downloading on your phone installs to both the phone and Apple Watch), open the app on your phone and watch, tap next on your phone, and lie down and focus on the tapping sensation on your wrist. The tapping will gradually slow over about 8 minutes. We hope it'll help you.
