Have you ever wondered about the different types of AI and how they impact our daily operations? At our recent appearance on stage at the Parks Connections Conference, our CEO Keith Puckett shed some light on the subject.

One question that stood out was, "How are you utilizing generative AI?" Keith eloquently articulated the pivotal role our proprietary AI system, Eckleburg, plays in driving our business forward. While generative AI has its use cases, Eckleburg applies AI to solve very specific problems, and this unique brand of “magic” sets us apart. However, that's not to say that generative AI doesn't have its place in our tech ecosystem. and ubiety have teamed up to deliver 'Dynamic Workflow'. Using our presence detection platform Rapid is able to get a 75% reduction in time to close, and dramatically alters the false alarm rate.

This also empowers Rapid to increase the TMA-AVS-01 level automatically by verifying human presence!

One of the greatest things about bringing products to market that are new to the world is discovering new ways they can be used. Our presence detection platform is a huge win for the security space, but we know it's just the tip of the iceberg for what is possible.

Our CTO Mik Cox had one of these magical moments. He preordered a Rivian SUV a while ago and it was being delivered soon. Yesterday, Mik got a notification that our sensor had picked up a new bluetooth signal approaching the apartment. It was the SUV's bluetooth :D
