Congrats to Pat Maher on His Retirement! 🎉
We're celebrating Pat Maher as he wraps up his incredible journey at SPR! For 20 years, Pat has been a driving force behind our civic engagement efforts, breaking down barriers for people with disabilities and shaping a culture of true inclusion.

Pat’s grit and heart have always been his trademarks. CEO Rob Figliulo remembers the time Pat showed up to work during a blizzard, snow on his wheelchair, just because he “loved a challenge.” That’s who Pat is. His work opened doors for so many and left a lasting impact on us all.

Pat, we’ll miss you, but your legacy of compassion, determination, and leadership will always be a part of SPR. Enjoy retirement—you deserve it!

‘Twas a festive night in the SPR house, as we wrapped gifts through a partnership with Chicago charity, Kids Above All. Our volunteers wrapped ~130 gifts of toys, book & clothes to help brighten the holidays for 70 children in the area.

As SPR celebrates a milestone anniversary, we are also highlighting employees who have reached milestones. Today, join us in congratulating Kyle Gams, Senior Director of Business Development, for 20 years at SPR!

Since Kyle started at SPR, his ability to develop relationships with hundreds of leaders in IT is unmatched. His relentless desire to provide quick turnaround times and efficient communications has aided in his success, and he appropriately prides himself on addressing client needs with uber speed and efficiency. Why so quick? He believes being responsive is the best way to build long-term, trusting relationships – quickly followed by providing amazing technology talent.

He has helped thousands of teams achieve their technology goals. One of the best compliments he’s been given (more than once!) is how he’s helped make tech leaders’ lives easier and their teams more successful.

If you know Kyle, you may also know his love for live music runs deep. Every year, he attends as many concerts as possible and listens to everything from Folk/Americana to the heaviest of “heavy metal.” Most importantly, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters.
