The latest from our very own
Finally made it to this Gold Coast restaurant that has been on my list, Alpana.

Named after the owner Alpana Singh, a master wine sommelier & former Check, Please! host, we were very pleased from the moment we sat at that bar and had our first cocktail.

The food menu has a lot of nice options including several
vegetarian pasta dishes (we added sausage) that were seasonal and unique.

We finally found a restaurant that knows how to cook
their pasta with the right al dente consistency!

I would also like to give kudos to their sound team. It was so enjoyable to have a lively
restaurant where you can hear the music and not have to talk over loud parties of people. We
had a great experience and will definitely be back!

We are the Windy City and as fellow Chicagoans we have a shared experience that unites us.
It could be our love of food.
It could be our rich sports history (Michael Jordan and so many other 🐐’s).
It could be our eye for design and art like our iconic buildings and the murals that reimagine so many of our surfaces.
Whatever it is that makes your Chicago experience your own, know that you are part of an incredible community and you are not alone.
We are all in this together and at Crave Society we are building something for us all.
We’ve built a mobile app that at its core supports the small businesses, the restaurants we love. We also proving people like us (our users) a better way to discover, find and explore the best restaurants Chicago has to offer, the gateway to everything that make our city a top food destination.
