All over the world, and we write about all of it.

From global tech conferences to partner offices across the US, a lot happens between Chicago and Prishtina. The stories, the lessons, and the people behind the work all end up in one place: our blog.

It’s where we share what we’re learning about AI and automation, the events we show up to, and the community work we care about.

Everyone asks us the same question eventually: build custom, or buy off-the-shelf?

Here's the honest rule of thumb. If the process is unique to how you actually make money, custom pays for itself. If it's something every company in your industry does the same way, buy it and save the budget for what matters.

Green light: build. Yellow light: buy, then revisit once you're bigger.

Two cities, one team, one problem to solve today.

’s asleep when Prishtina starts the day, and ’s logging off right as Chicago gets moving. Somewhere in that overlap, the actual work happens.

It sounds harder than it is. Mostly it just means everyone writes things down properly.

Most automation projects don't fail because the AI wasn't good enough.

They fail because nobody mapped the actual process before building around it. You end up automating a workflow that was already broken, just faster.

Before we write a line of code, we ask three questions: what decision is being made here, who's making it today, and what happens if the automation is wrong. If we can't answer those clearly, we're not ready to build yet.

That's the difference between "we added AI" and "we fixed the workflow."
