Monthly, I meet with Engaging Speakers in Libertyville, learning how to refine my speaking skills.

They help my clarify how to present my services to the non-techs in my network. It's too easy for me to brag about the details when other may not appreciate the nuances of converting Goldmine to WiredContact to help a client convert off a 20 year old platform.

I sponsored a Mastermind Luncheon discussing why CRM matters hosted by Michelle Garibay helping Realtors define their 2026 goals. Rather than pitching a specific product, the presenters stated, "If you want to make $150K+, you need systems, and people to make you accountable".

My role is listen to a process defined by you or your managing broker; then, we'll put in a product like Bigin by Zoho CRM. After all, a Realtor can keep organized for the same price as ☕ ☕ per month ($10). The technology is affordable, scalable and flexible now.

I spent the afternoon working with ChatGPT learning how to get found within SGE leveraging my SEO skills. SGE is the process of AI tools like ChatGPT or copilot referencing your content on the web. AI tools don't index the web, but use the best search results from Google or Bing to display the results.

It's not for the faint of heart if you don't know how to build websites, but it's worth asking your web developer or an AI specialist. We have connections if you want someone to help you out, whether you're in the US or UK.

It's about international collaboration, and we solved the world's problems with CRM in Exeter yesterday. Over the years, Vivek and the crew @ Caldere have worked with my crew helping our clients navigate through Act! & Zoho. Vivek also introduced me to AI and ChatGPT, and GPT has definitely made it easier for me help my clients out.

We're members of this local business group. If you live in the Round Lake(s) or Grayslake, you might want to know more about Avon Township's social services.

Given the federal trends, I believe this local service will be needed even more to help those who once got federal help.
