"A GPU in a rack isn't an AI strategy, and neither is a pilot with no platform underneath it."

Josh's advice is to lock in capacity for the workloads customers already have and not buy ahead without a deployment plan. The lasting opportunity comes from combining infrastructure engineering, data, security and managed operations, and taking responsibility for production.
