This is "The Shakedown" and 's take on the French 75. So relax. If anyone takes issue with your gin habits simply explain to them that gin prevents malaria. Not entirely true but if they are questioning why you drink so much gin they can't be that smart anyways.
Oh. By the way.
Take a guess what country consumes the most gin............. The and I bet you didn't see that coming. 22 million cases a year. Who knew.

If you feel groggy after an old-fashioned Thanksgiving meal, the bird on your plate may be partially to blame. Turkey meat contains tryptophan, an amino acid that the body uses to make serotonin, a neurotransmitter in the brain that helps regulate sleep. However, all meat contains tryptophan at comparable levels. Other tryptophan-rich foods include cheese, nuts and shellfish.

What makes the Thanksgiving meal so memorably tiring is the mix of meat with carbohydrates. Carbs from stuffing, sweet potatoes, bread, pie and sugary sweets stimulate the release of insulin, which then triggers the uptake of most amino acids β€” except for tryptophan β€” from the blood into the muscles. With the other amino acids swept out of the bloodstream, tryptophan doesn't have to compete with them and is better able to make its way to the brain to help produce serotonin, which then preps you for sleep.

A little gooseberry ice cream by Gooseberry has sweet, slightly tart taste. These berries can be consumed raw or as ingredient of muffins, pies, fruit salads and ice-creams. Gooseberries are often used for the preparation of jellies and jams. They can be also combined with dishes made of meat and fish. Goosberries are also known as "fayberries" because of the ancient belief that fairies used bushes of gooseberry to hide from danger.

Women are able to file for divorce if their husbands don't provide enough coffee!!! Or at least that is how it was in ancient Arab culture.

Did you know that 80% of coffee is grown on farms that are 12 acres or less? This all started in Ethiopia but that the coffee trees grown in Kenya, not to far away Ethiopia for those of you that are a little rusty on your geography, were actually imported from Brazil?!

Now if you are trying to eat a balanced diet you can feel better because technically coffee is fruit juice. Kind of.

Now starbucks uses 94 million gallons of milk a year. And 2 billion cups. But guess how many cups are drank globally by the 7.12 billion humans? 500 billion cups of coffee. Wow.

And New Yorkers drink 7 times as much coffee as any other US city. Not quite so surprising.

It might be the national drink of Great Britain but originally comes from . This lovely here is made with nolets gin and make no mistake that gin is what is supposed to go in your . Not . The good news is gin has been used for medicinal purposes since the 11th century and the Royal used it, mixed with a lime cordial, to treat scurvy. Also, gin can prevent malaria. Ok. Not really but Quinine-containing tonic water will help ward off the parasite but it tastes awful. Legend has it that it was mixed with gin and thus the gin and tonic was born. So, relax. If anyone takes issue with your gin habits simply explain to them that gin prevents malaria and scurvy. Not entirely true but if they are questioning why you drink so much gin they can't be that smart anyways.

Hey so of if you can't be this obvious in your operation you should use menumore to let everyone know the allergy risks. Ok that was a shameless plug. Did you know eight foods account for 90 percent of all reactions: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish and shellfish. Even trace amounts of a food allergen can cause a reaction. Seafood and nut allergies are typically life long but many dairy allergies can be outgrown. 1 in 13 children have a food allergy and a reaction can result in death.

Did you know that scallops have up to sixty eyes that line it's mantle and help it detect light. You will never find them in fresh water but Marco Polo found them for sale in Chinese markets as early as 1280. China remains the largest producer of scallops with Russia falling in second.
