Supply Hive was one of our first clients.

They needed a tailored procurement feedback platform in which suppliers could retrieve insights from their buyers (customers).

In response, we collaborated with SupplyHive to make a custom procurement feedback platform, survey creation and feedback collection capabilities, feedback analysis and sentiment analysis, and a vendor search and review system.

As a result, corporations can now develop surveys and receive valuable feedback from customers. In addition, the platform's sentiment analysis, review analysis, and search functions make it all the more powerful for gleaning useful insights.

Adaptability is one of our greatest values here at Psycray.

Knowing when to pivot has made a huge difference for our business.

For example, when we were crafting outreach messaging, we decided to shift our core message to prospects from a general AI focused email to a letter focused on AI's use cases in security.

With the news of Kimi K3's unveiling as a potential threat to OpenAI platforms, we figured now would be a great time to share our security expertise with our leads.

As Dean Elkholy eloquently put it, the ability to say "enough" and know when to shift gears makes all the difference.

And, as a commenter on the post wrote, it's not about giving up - it's about persisting in a more effective way.

This is a helpful lesson not only for business, but also for life.

Treating AI Agent building as an iterative - rather than fixed - process makes it better to adapt the innovation to an organization's needs, especially as it changes over time.

Furthermore, receiving feedback from employees and/or customers and incorporating it into the agent only makes the agent that much more powerful and aligned with what people want to see.

AI bias is everywhere - from political bias to racial and gender bias.

For instance, Amazon once displayed bias in an AI tool that unfairly favored male applicants over female applicants, so they had to take it down.

And, as one of our LinkedIn friends noted, Congress has been using AI in a manner that skews their content more towards one side over another: https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2026/08/13/chatbots-are-doing-work-congress-with-little-oversight/

These are just a couple of examples, but they are quite jarring when you think about them, and similar instances of AI bias can obviously have serious consequences for people.

At Psycray, this growth mindset is what keeps us going in our client projects, sales outreach, and lead nurturing.

Not every project or meeting goes to plan. For instance, when we tried to connect HubSpot to ActiveCampaign, an automation tool, using a platform called "Make" as the connector between them, the machine couldn't read the tag that needed to say "engaged", so the automation broke.

Instead of giving up entirely, we brainstormed alternative solutions, such as: perhaps we could track a list someone was added to instead of their tag, or a form they had submitted.

Instead of letting the mishap get to us, we adapted. And that's the key to working successfully with technology.
