Many of us already use Gemini, but did you know that you can ask for a piece of information and have it retrieved for you instantly from the appropriate Google app?

With a Gemini/GPT AI-powered assistant, you can.

To build this solution, we would set up a workflow as follows:

User Request → AI Agent → Gemini/GPT → Gmail / Google Calendar → Response

From there, you could ask something like, “Do I have a meeting tomorrow?” The AI would process the request, search Google Calendar, and tell you any upcoming events happening tomorrow.

Many of our business acquaintances in the Chicagoland area use, or are at least familiar with, HubSpot.

While HubSpot is a fantastic tool for storing customer information, launching campaigns, and more, it comes with common problems such as duplicate information, non-standardized values, and customer churn rates (which all businesses experience, regardless of which CRM they use).

To compensate for this, we could implement AI integrations in which agents detect likely duplicates, provide a likelihood score, and state their reasoning. From there, humans can decide whether to accept or reject the duplicate.

We can also use AI to standardize values in the CRM that may be synonyms, such as “SaaS” and “Software as a Service”. In this case, we would also have AI offer its data-based estimate, and let humans decide whether to standardize the values or not.

Finally, AI can be used with HubSpot to signal business owners when certain customers seem likely to churn based on data signals (lack of responsiveness over X months, negative sentiment in reviews, etc.). This can help businesses make informed decisions about how to retain these members and keep all members engaged.
