MoFi hosted a RUSH listening event at Chelsea Studios, celebrating our first three RUSH releases. Folks were invited to listen with us in our newly equipped listening spaces within Chelsea Studios. MoFi President, Jim Davis, and Mastering Engineer, Rob LoVerde, shared insight into our RUSH reissue campaign and played tracks from 𝘙𝘜𝘚𝘏, 𝘍𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘺 𝘕𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 and 𝘈 𝘍𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴.

Thank you to everyone who listened with us. We look forward to more listening at Chelsea Studios.

NOW SHIPPING! A cult classic returns like never before. Originally released in 1970, Rodriguez’s 𝘊𝘰𝘭𝘥 𝘍𝘢𝘤𝘵 quickly faded into obscurity. Yet its melodic psychedelic-folk and topically relevant lyrics ultimately found a large audience — leading to one of the most intriguing music stories of the 21st century. Experience the album in definitive sound on Mobile Fidelity’s 180g 45RPM 2LP set, strictly limited to 4,000 numbered copies. Available now.

The wait is over! MoFi’s edited, Rob LoVerde-mastered SACD of Van Halen 1984 is shipping!

Identified by an “UDSACD 2248-2” catalog number (visible underneath the “Stereo” logo on the front of the disc), and the “Newly Mastered by Rob LoVerde MoFi Approved Edition” sticker, which will be affixed on the slipcase packaging, this is the only authorized edition you should purchase. The initial version of the SACD appears to still be available on the internet, we encourage you to confirm with your place of purchase they are now selling the Newly Mastered Rob LoVerde version of the SACD to avoid inadvertently purchasing the initial version.

If you have a copy of the initial version and would like the Newly Mastered Rob LoVerde replacement SACD — you must request the replacement SACD from your point of purchase. Replacement orders will come with the new disc only, no jacket.

Please make sure your copy has the “Newly Mastered by Rob LoVerde MoFi Approved Edition” sticker on the plastic wrap to be sure you have the MoFi approved edition.
