You are Beautiful..
You don't need to Dress the latest fashion to be Beautiful...
What you just did was put a Prettier Curtain Infront of a Beautiful Window that beyond that is a Gorgeous Sunrise, Shinny Bright Day, Nature's Miracle or a Mesmerizing Sunset Of Your Soul.

A little note and info about our amazing speakers. Proud to be in the BigE Team.

Just a note to all those new to MA Soundworks products and the MVW technology :

Our MVW technology doesn't just sound good it delivers acoustic information in a different way making your sound more resistant to adverse room interactions and heard better in the back line without escalating the SPL war.

This performance and clarity does come with a price, however. These loudspeakers like power. They crave it. They need it. We have seen quite a few folks running the Master output of their amp at a low level and the increasing the input gain to desired level. We understand the tendency to not want to send too much power to the loudspeaker. However, this can cause issues in the signal sent to the MAS loudspeaker. Even if the clip light on the amp does not light undesirable transients can still be generated. The sound is most commonly perceived as a rattle or vibration.

The MAS loudspeaker has the ability to reproduce transients and other acoustic information that many other loudspeakers simply can not. In fact the MAS (and all MVW products) are capable of reproducing a square wave signal with minimal cone overshoot. This extreme capability can reproduce sonic artifacts caused within the amp signal chain that would not be audible with a conventional loudspeaker. This is why we recommend setting the Master Output of the amp to it's highest setting and controlling the volume (SPL) with the input gain. This will preserve the integrity of the signal and increase the effectiveness of the MVW system.

We also recommend the use of a High Pass Filter (about 30Hz with 24 db slope if possible). A HPF will filter out unwanted power robbing signal and put the power where you want it: into what you are playing. Use of a HPF will allow for even more SPL and a cleaner signal providing an even better experience.
