Having issues with logging into your O365 email or using O365 services? Microsoft released a notice that they are currently having connectivity issues and are working to isolate the source of the problem.

Due to the continued cyber attack on Bandwidth, the carrier that supports the majority of our (and many other major vendors) phone numbers, our provider is aggressively working to move the affected numbers to another host.

We do not have a timetable on when these numbers will be migrated or which ones will be done first, but the project will start this evening.

Bandwidth.com has become the latest victim of distributed denial of service attacks targeting VoIP providers this month, leading to nationwide voice outages over the past few days.

White Label VoIP users may experience issues of phones having delays, dropped calls, or the inability to connect calls due to an issue with the carrier.

The carrier has informed that the issues are intermittent - They will let us know when it is completely resolved, and we will reach out to customers once notified.

We've noticed a recent surge in phishing email attacks lately - make sure to stay diligent about emails you receive!

Most commonly they mention about you receiving a "new secure fax message" that'll ask you to sign into your email if you click the link. Don't do it -- the address bar will have a URL completely unrelated to Microsoft, and just steal your passwords.

Here are some tips to look out for with these emails:
1. The subject line will be a nonsense PO # or unfamiliar file name.
2. The "To:" field will often not be your own, or be blank.
3. The link goes to a unrelated website ( www. hesskj.phishingsite.com instead of microsoft.com for example)
4. The "From" email will be a personal gmail or unrelated domain (though beware -- sometimes it'll come from legitimate contacts if they have been compromised!)

If you have entered in your password into one of these, make sure to change all accounts using that same password as soon as possible.

Finally as a precaution in advance, enable 2FA on your account... that way even if your password is obtained by a third-party, they can't get into the account without your special code!

Microsoft is undergoing an outage with their M365 services (including the use of Teams, and Outlook.) You can access it via the web at https://outlook.office365.com/ until services are restored.

We have received numerous requests for work at home solutions in response to the Covid19 outbreak. Nearly all of our contract customers have a remote access tool installed on their computers that we use to provide support. We can extend this access to anyone who determines the need to quarantine their offices. The remote application will run on a multitude of devices including smartphones. Earlier today, there was a network issue at our US datacenter, causing an isolation of the servers in it.

All services are up and running now.

The issue lasted between 10:40 and 11:28 EDT. It was caused by simultaneous failure of several network devices. Our network engineers have replaced the problematic devices. They will investigate the matter further to obtain full details on the reasons of the failure.

It is common practice for website hosts to offer a bundle package of website hosting, domain, and email services. This means that while your hosting and domain may be separate, your emails are stored in the same location as your website.
