We’re thrilled to officially welcome Michelle Poirier to Inspired Studio as our newest Senior Brand Designer.

Michelle is an engineer turned creative designer with a sharp strategic mind and an incredible artistic eye. Often described as a “Swiss Army knife of design,” she brings a rare blend of structure and creativity to everything she touches—spanning brand identity, print, digital, motion, and illustration.

She has a gift for seeing both the big picture and the fine details, blending strategy with thoughtful craftsmanship to create work that’s not only beautiful, but purposeful. From clean, intentional design systems to hand-drawn elements and illustration, Michelle adds depth, clarity, and personality to every project.

We’re so excited to welcome James Bernosky to Inspired Studio as our Corporate Communications Intern this semester!

Jim is a Corporate Communications student at Penn State University Scranton with a passion for excellence and a drive that truly stands out. When he sets his mind to something, he follows it through—no questions asked. With skills spanning digital strategy, trend analysis, and video editing (plus fluency in English, Spanish, and Japanese), Jim brings both creativity and intention to everything he touches.

This semester, Jim will be supporting Founder Maria Conigliaro, Coach + Speaker in sharing her message in more meaningful, visible ways—bridging the creative work of Inspired Studio with the transformational work of Inspired Success Coaching. Together, we’re intentionally merging strategy, storytelling, and neuroscience-based coaching to create a more integrated presence for business leaders across the greater Northeast through speaking, workshops, and coaching experiences.

What we admire most about Jim is his commitment to growth—always improving, always looking for what’s possible, and always pushing boundaries to do work that matters.

Inspired Studio is growing, and we’re looking to bring on a Senior Brand Designer to join our boutique, strategy-led branding studio.

This role is for a designer who:
🤍 Thinks strategically, not just aesthetically
🤍 Takes pride in intentional, well-crafted work
🤍 Enjoys autonomy and ownership
🤍 Communicates clearly and works calmly (no chaos, no micromanagement)

We work with thoughtful business owners who value clarity, consistency, and long-term partnerships. Our process is grounded, collaborative, and deeply intentional—and we’re looking for someone who feels aligned with that way of working.

The role begins as part-time or freelance, with the opportunity to grow into full-time if it’s the right fit—for both of us.
